These random acts of kindness are pretty awesome, and they are pretty powerful, too.

This morning, I was on the receiving end of pay-it-forward kindness, and I am still basking in the glow of somebody’s anonymous gesture.

This is really the first time that something so random has happened to me like this, at least where I am aware of it (I am sure that we are all the recipients of such kindness without ever realizing it), with no expectation of reciprocity.

The power of GIVING is a great thing, and today, it has fueled me in immeasurable ways.

So: To you in the big SUV with the very cool vanity plate and the COEXIST bumper sticker, I thank you. You have empowered me today, and I am grateful.
